Distinguish the required mattress size from a bed’s outside dimensions. The outside dimensions determine whether it fits with room for access and other furniture.
Write down three measurements
- The mattress size specified for the model.
- The bed’s overall length, width and height.
- Clearance needed for use and any drawers.
A roof, rail or car shaped frame can extend beyond the mattress. Compare the different constructions in baby and children’s beds using full specifications.
Check the selected variant
The LUCKY house bed with rail has a product page for the 80 cm wide model. Select the actual variant and confirm length, outside dimensions, mattress requirements and delivery information there. Other widths may differ in construction and price.
Check separately whether the mattress and drawers are included. A product photograph is not a complete packing list.
Age and assembly are model specific
This guide does not set one transition age for every child and bed. Follow the model’s age restrictions, intended use and instructions. A safety rail does not make every bed suitable for an infant, and a decorative house frame should not be described as climbing equipment.
Infant sleep needs separate guidance
The Danish Health Authority recommends infants sleep on their backs in their own bed in the parents’ room and do not become too warm. Read its official infant sleep guidance. Decoration and product photographs do not replace it.
Check the route into the room, assembly instructions and current delivery information. For uncertain model details, contact Theo & Sally before ordering. We do not apply one delivery estimate to all bed models.
